I have been working with La Tasha over the last ten years she has been a great realtor to me. I started the house journey ten years ago and made the choice to wait to save more money and as my realtor she was not up set but even helped me find two really great rentals. Now I didn't expect it to take me ten years to buy my first home but she was by my side every step of my house hunting, rental hunting, and now home purchase journey. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her Job I truly believe she loves what she do, because if she don't know she will find out asap. She helped me with selecting the best property as well give great advice on selecting my lenders or giving advice to move on or not. The part I loved about her the most was the time flexibility as well as staying on top of every new listing, getting me out right a away to see them and putting in a bid that same day. She was positive and always excited about my house journey. She has become more family then we both expected. Her expertise and willing to get out and ride the city of Atlanta got me into a new building in a price range I was not even sure I fell into but she kept the faith and my family is happy and we have all the space we need. Thank You So Much La Tasha Binns we are forever grateful.

I am going to leave a review, but in this case my words could never convey the level of gratitude I have for this lady. As my Real Estate Agent, La Tasha went to the fullest extent needed to get me my money's worth. Not only did she treat me as her number one priority, she made me feel "protected". I cannot stress enough the amount of anxiety that goes into buying your first home. I was stressed to no end, that is until La Tasha stepped in and took over. She handled everything without once batting an eye. This lady right here became like family to me, during all of minutia that comes with home buying, I was also trying to care for my ailing mother who was on Hospice. All the way thru the process and even after - I would always hear from La Tasha, daily, asking how my mom and family were doing. This right here is why I consider her family! She looked after me and my family in a time where things were crazy, and the process seemed effortless. In today's crazy world - you need an agent that treats you and your family like their own family. With La Tasha, that is exactly what you get. If you are considering La Tasha as your Real Estate, stop considering and MAKE her your Real Estate Agent. She will take care of you, treat you like family and ALWAYS show up with a smile.
I cannot say enough good things about her and my words do not do her justice, but I know this La Tasha Binns is always going to bring her "A" game and get you what you need, when you need it!
